Event Details:

• 90-minute duration
• Multiple seating times available, can accommodate up to 30 guests per seating
• Non-taster food options available
• $15 for non-tasters, $45 for tasters, add-on options available to enhance your experience including an optional tour of our production facility

Warm your hearts beside a romantic fire on our beautiful grounds overlooking the vineyards and Cayuga Lake. Seated at our outdoor cauldrons, you’ll start your visit with a toast of our Antonia Marie Sparkling. To follow, you’ll enjoy a course of four Valentine’s-themed food and wine pairings. Your experience will be capped off with a tank sample of a not-yet-bottled wine poured fresh from our tank or barrel room. Optional tours of our production facility are available as an add-on!

Bring your snowshoes, cross-country skis, or hiking boots and venture out on a self-guided trek through our rolling vineyards, build a snowman, enjoy the lawn games provided by us, or simply sit back and listen to the crackling flames as you drink in the enchanting beauty of the changing seasons in the Finger Lakes! Guests should dress for seasonal temperatures and take into account forecasted weather conditions.

FOOD SUBSTITUTIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS EXPERIENCE. Wheat, dairy, and meat products are included in the menu.

Reservations and payment for your tasting are due at least 1 week in advance (or sooner, in order to secure your date and time), and fees are non-refundable if cancellations are made with less than 72 hours notice. PLEASE NOTE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY DETAILS.

Breakdown of Cancellation Refunds:

*Full refund minus service fees if canceled 3 or more days in advance of reservation
*75% refund if canceled less than 3 days before reservation
*No refund if canceled day of or no-show

**In the event of severe weather or unforeseen venue issue, such as power outage or weather related closing/cancellation, guests will receive a full refund.
