Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a specially-chosen reception wine and meet our Cellar Manager, Julia, who will be leading the afternoon’s presentations.  Wander to our blazing fire cauldrons and mingle with other guests as you watch your meal being prepared over an open fire by Perfect Pair Hospitality.

Nestled in our cozy barrel room, you’ll enjoy a BBQ-themed feast featuring Smoked Brisket Chili, Smoked Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and Red Eye Gravy, and Cookies and Cream Bread Pudding.  Each course will be expertly paired with a wine to complement the savory flavors of this delectable menu.  Following the meal, you’re invited to join us in the tasting room for an “old-school-style” sample of wine and an additional 10% off our standard quantity discounts.

Lawn games, snowshoeing, etc. may be available depending on the weather.
